Exchange units

All our ZF exchange transmissions are remanufactured to the highest quality standards and include the latest technical specifications. All exchange transmissions are fully tested on state of the art test rigs prior to being delivered. The emphasis we place on quality and testing, together with genuine parts and factory trained engineers ensures you receive a product you can rely on.

Manual gear change transmissions are supplied complete with fully remanufactured gear change turrets. AS Tronic, Eurotronic and Tiptronic transmissions are supplied ready to be connected to your existing gear actuation control unit.

GS3 GearShift actuators are now available as a service exchange unit. 

We remanufacture chassis systems for commercial vehicles such as trucks, city buses, or coaches, construction and agricultural machinery and other Off-Highway applications. The idle times can be reduced to a minimum due to the fast availability of the exchange units.

KGK has a large inventory of exchange axles on stock 

ZF offers a whole series of remanufactured and individually adaptable, hydrodynamic torque converters for a variety of applications. ZF Torque Converters are optimized for all different cases due to their individual reconcilement to the particular engine and Torque Converter-Characteristics.
